and eleven shillings of the Ironmongers Company for a Dividend on the Irish
Estates

South Sea Stock

The Renter Warden now reported that he had received Forty eight pounds
and fifteene shillings for halfe a years Dividend on South Sea Stock due att
Christmas last

Lease to Mr Foxley to be
prepared

Ordered That the Clerk do prepare Lease from this Company to Christopher Foxley< no role > .
of London Merchant of the house late in the possession of Mr Rowe in Lymestreete
att the yearly rent of £26 payable Quarterly for seven years from Michaelmas next
the Company to allow one Quarters rent to be laid out by the tennant for repairs
