Memdum it is this 6th. day of January 1754. Agreed Between the Worshipfull Company of Carpenters
London and Anne Maughan< no role > of the parish of Saint Mary Aldermary London Widow In Manner following
(to Wit)The said Company Agree to lett to the said Anne Maughan< no role > All that Messuage or Tenement No. 7.
Stituate in Carpenters buildings in the parish of All hallowes London Wall late in the Occupation of
Alexander Fatio< no role > at the Yearly Rent of Seventeen Pounds Payable quarterly to Comence from Christmas
day last for the Term of One whole Year And in Case the said Anne Maughan< no role > shall be then Minded to Quitt
the said Premisses she shall be obliged to Give Six Months Notice in Writing of guitting the Said Premises
to the said Company or their Clerk And the said Anne Maughan hereby Agrees to take the said Premises
of the said Company for the said time And Pay the said Yearly Rent of Seventeen Pounds and give such
Notice as abovemenconed And as a Confirmation thereof now Paid One Shilling in Part of the first quarters
Rent that shall grow due As Witness her Hand the day & Year abovewritten

Memorandum it is thisday of January 1754 Agreed Between the Master Wardens &
Comonalty of the Mistery of Freemen of the Carpentry of the City of London of the One Part And
Goreof the other Part The said Master Wardens & Comonally Do
hereby Agree to Lett to the saidGore All that Messuage or Tenement No. 4. in Carpenters
buildings in the parish of All hallowes London Wall late in the Occupation of Alexander Fatio< no role > at the
Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds Payable Quarterly To Hold the same to the saidGore
for the Term of three Yeares certain from Lady day now next Ensueing the Date hereof And in Case the said
Gore-shall be then minded to Quitt the said Premisses shall be obliged to give Six
Months Notice to the said Master Wardens & Comonalty or their Clerk in Writing And the said
Goredoth hereby Agree to take the said Premisses of the said Master Wardens & Comonalty for the
said Time And to Pay the said Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds And give such Notice as abovemenconed
