Memorandum it is this 3d. day of April 1753 Agrees Between the Worshipfull
Company of Carpenters London of the One Part And Cornelius Passey< no role > of the parish of Saint
Stephen Coleman Street London Cordwainer of the other Part as follows The said Company do hereby
Agree to Lett unto the said Cornelius Passey< no role > All that their Messuage or Tenement Situate at
London in the parish of All hallows London Wall and late in the Tomare of Isaac Osborne< no role > Att the
Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds Payable Quarterly To hold from Lady day last for One Year and
half certain And the said Cornelius Passey< no role > doth hereby Agree to take the said Premisses upon the Terms
abovementioned of the said Company And [..] to Pay the said Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds according
And now paid as a Confirmation thereof One Shilling to Mr. Wardn. Lawrence in Part of the first
quarter that shall Accrue due Witness his hand the day & Year abovewritten
