Memorandum
[..] answer to the Letter of Thursday last dd that Day, Mr. Aldn.
Newnham , the sitting Magistrate, desired his
compliments to the Gentlemen of the Committee;
[..] would take care to present their Letter to Sir
William Plomer< no role > , & the rest of his Brother Magistrates
at Guildhall , and individually he [..] agreed
opinion with the Committee, Mr. Whittle the sitting
Aldermans Clerk agreed also so far as respected the
orderly Women but had doubts respecting the
Thief or pilferer
