Thomas Leech< no role > maketh oath that he this Depont
& one Elizabeth Woodward< no role > Singlewoman lately deced Cohabited &
lived togethr. as Man & Wife for divers years in the precinct of
St Catherine in the County of Middlesex although in Truth they
were never married That during Such their Cohabitation there
She the said Elizabeth Woodward< no role > was delivered of a Female
Child in the said Precinct which hath Since been baptized and
registred in the Collegiate Church there by the name of Ann Leech< no role >
That the said child as aged nine Weeks & upwards & likely to
become Chargeable to the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in the said County and is as this Deponent is advised and apprehends
an illegitimate Child as having been born out of Wedlock
