Richard Clark< no role > Esqr . Alderman Treasurer Reported that
he had received of John Stables< no role > of Addiscombe in the County of Surrey
Esquire fifty pounds for the use of Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals
It was moved and seconded that the thanks of his Court be given to Mr
Stables for his kind and Charitable Donation.

Brown James< no role > his Benefaction
of £50 reported

received of James Brown< no role > of Stoke Newington Esquire Fifty pounds for
the use of Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals It was moved and seconded
that the thanks of this Court be given to Mr. Brown for his kind and

Newington Esqr . and Archibald Paxton< no role > of Buckingham Street York
Buildings Esquire It is Ordered that the Consideration of this
Nomination be referred to the Committee of this House who are desired
to make their Report therein to this Court.

the Strand Esquire and the Revd John Keale< no role > of Hal Fields in the
County of Hertford Clerk were Appointed Governors of these Hospital
by the Right Worshipful Brass Crosby< no role > Alderman President pursuant
to an Order of Court bearing date the 29th. day of May 1775 and
It is Order that staves be sent them forthwith

appointed a Governor


At this Court James Esdaile< no role > of Duke Street Westminster
Esquire was appointed a Governor of these Hospitals by the Right
Worshipful Richard Clark< no role > Esquire Alderman Treasurer Pursuant to
an order of this Court bearing date the 29th day of May 1775 and
It is Ordered that a Staff be sent him forthwith

Pope Peter
appointed a Governor


At this Court Peter Pope< no role > of Fenchurch Street Esquire was
appointed a Governor of these Hospitals by Henry Cranke< no role > Esqr Auditor
General personal to an order of this Court bearing date the 27th day
of November 1778 and it is Ordered that a staff be sent him
forthwith
