Referrd to House Commee

Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Simson Levy< no role > Gentleman
in the Words and figures following Vizt. "That by a Contract or Agreement
on Writing dated the 5th. of May 1768 your Worships Covenanted to
Demise to Abraham Hart< no role > therein named All that Messuage or Tenement
with the Appiects situate on the South side of Riches Court in Lime Street
London then late in the Possession of Messrs. Mathew Ryder< no role > and James
Hetherington
< no role > To hold from Midsumer then next for 21 Years At the
Yearly Rent of £50 That by Indenture of Assignment dated 12th.
November 1770 made between the said Abraham Hart< no role > of the one part
and Your Petitioner of the other part Reciting the said Contract And
Reciting that Notwithstanding the said Contract or Agreement so
made in the Name of the said Abraham Hart< no role > alone Yet the said
Abraham Hart< no role > did Acknowledge and Declare that such House and
Premises were by Agreement to be taken for the Joint and Equal
Account and benefit of himself and your Petitioner and that they
had in Consequence thereof repaired and furnished the said House at
their Joint Expence and Jointly and equally enjoyed the same ever
since And Reciting that the said Abraham Hart< no role > then Stood indebted
to your Petitioner in the sum of £465 and for Securing the Payment
thereof did that day give his Bond to your Petitioner payable Six
Months after the date thereof with Lawful Interest for the same And
for further and better Securing the said Abraham Hart< no role > did agree to
Bargain Sell Assign and make ever to your Petitioner All his Moiety
Share Right Interest and Benefit of in and to the said Contract or
Agreement and the Lease to be Obtained by Virtue thereof and also of
and in the said Messuage and Premises thereby agreed to be demised
and to all and Singular the Household goods Furniture and things
being in and about the same Subject to Redemption as therein after
mentioned It is Witnessed that as well for vesting in your Petitioner
his own Moiety Share and Interest of and in said Premises Household
Goods and Furniture as for better Securing to him the Payment of the
said £465 and Interest as also in Consideration of five Shillings to
him the said Abraham Hart< no role > in Hand paid by your Petitioner He the
said Abraham Hart< no role > did bargain Sell Assign Transfer and set over
unto your Petitioner All and singular the said Messuage or Tenement
and Premises so contracted and Agreed for and intended to be demised
