This Court doth Elect Arthur Annesley< no role > of Lincolns Inn Fields Esqr .
John Bird< no role > Junior of Wood street Esqr . and Sir John Shaw< no role > of Eltham
Baronet governors of these Hospitals And it is Ordered
that Staves be forthwith sent to them notwithstanding the Order
of Court of the 4th. of June 1761 .

At this Court a Motion was made and the Question put
that the Barber to be Elected for Bethlem Hospital should
for the Future have £50 P Annum instead of £32 the present Salary
and that the Patients in the sd. Hospital should for the future be shaved
once a Week instead of once a Fortnight. It was carried in the Affirmations

The Court then proceeded to the Election of a Barber of Bethlem
Hospital in the Room of Ephraim Elcock< no role > deced and the several
Petitions of John Elcock< no role > John Green< no role > Thomas Stevenson< no role > & Adam
Shakell
< no role > were read in Alphabetical Order and thereupon the
governors gave their Ballots which being cast up the Numbers
appeared to be as follows Vizt.

Whereupon the Rt. Worshipful Sir Richd. Glynd< no role > knt . Bart . & Aldn . President

till the next Election Day.
