Upon reading the humble Petition of Wilham Keylway< no role > and Patience< no role >
his wife Grand Daughter of Walter Bridal< no role > Esqr . deced by Patience< no role >
his Daughter deced Setting forth that ye said Walter Bridal< no role > held
Several houses at Chairing Cross under a Lease from ye Governors
of Bethlem hospital for 70 years from Midsumr. 1649 at 10s. P
Annum Rent and that ye Said Mr. Bridal on his Marriage So Settled
ye sd Prmes that ye same descended & came to his 4 Daughters
vizt.

deced) who devised ye same to her Daughter ye petn.

And that ye Said 4 Daughters made a partition of ye said prmes
whereby one house called ye Coach & horses in St. Martin's Lane
in the possion of Thomas Weldon< no role > & one Stable in Cheyr. Yard there
fell to ye Lott of ye said Patience ye Petns. Mother for her 4th part
of ye said prmes under whom She Claimes ye Same, during ye Remr.
of ye Terme to come in ye sd Lease which will expire at Mid Sumr.
1719 And praying to have a new Lease of ye said premes for ye
Terme of 61. years to Comence from Mid Sumr 1719 at the Rent of
40s P Annum and to rebuild ye same It is Ordered that ye
consideration of ye Said Petition be Referred to ye Course of this
house who are desired to Report to ye Court what they thank proper
to be done therein
