< no role > dated the 12th. day of Aprill last as followeth vizt

This Comee to fill up ye Number of Apprentices agt.
Easter and to Supply the vacancys menconed in their Report
to the Court the 25th instant have directed the following poor
Boys to be putt Apprentices in this hospital on the recomendacon
of the Severall Governours hereafter names vizt

next Brewers Lane of the North side of Wapping Street
under a Lease to Deborah Peirce< no role > deced which expired at
Lady day last Proposing to take a new Lease of ye same premisses for 51 years to Comence from Lady day last at the rent of Four pounds P Annum and to
pay Eighty pounds for a fyne This Comee are of Opinion to
accept the said proposealThis Court doth Confirme
the said Report and Order that a Lease be made to the said
Mr. James Peirce< no role > and Mr William Parker< no role > accordingly
