Ordered That the Election of a Porter
of the hospital
of Bethlem

made at the next Court that Shall be held for these hospitals
and that notice thereof be inserted in the Tirbetts
Haynes. Mr. Mary to

Mr. Trear Tayler acquainted this Court that one Mrs
Mary Haynes< no role >
of the parish of St. Bartholomew the Great
London of the age of Seventy five Years had proposal
to give to their hospital of Bridewell
Four hundred pounds
on executeing to her a Bond under the Seal of the said hospll
to pay her Twenty pounds & Annam Quarterly dureing her life
And after her decease to pay Twenty pounds & Annum quarterly
to her Nephew

in the County of Middx Iron monger
who is now about the
age of thirty Six years And after her decease to pay twenty
pounds & Annum quarterly to Thomas Seagood dureing his
life who is now about fourteen years of age It is
thereupon Ordered by this Court that the said four
hundred pounds be accepted of the said Mr. Haynes and a Bond
given her accordingly and that Mr. Trear Tayler on receiveing ye
moneys be desired to returne her the thanks of this Court for
the same.

had a Lease there of granted to him at ten Shillings & Annum
which will expire next Lady dayThat the house was

[..] ed by a late fire to her great expence and being now
ruinous and ready to fall he proposed to rebuild ye Same and
praying a Lease there of for forty one years at Ten Shillings
& Annum and Ten pounds fine It is Ordered that
the Consideration thereof be Referred to the Comee of this
house who are desired to Deport to their Court their Op
