Samll. Biard< no role > for one of them to bee Elected Beadle of the
Hospitall of Bridwell in the roome of John Heming< no role > decead
and they being all put in nominacon If appeared Plainly
that the plurality of Hands were for the said James Maile Jun
and Samuel Byard< no role > who being againe put in nominacon
for one of them to bee elected there unto the right honoble
Sr. Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Knt . Lord Mayor. and prsident of this
Hospital did declare that the Plurality of hands Were for
the said James Maile< no role > Jun and the said James Maile< no role > Jun
being by this Court declared Beadle accordinly It in there upon orderd That the said
James Mail Jun upon his giveing good security to bee
approved of by Mr. Trear bee admitted Youngest Beadle of
this Court Untill further Order And that hee shall from
Midsomer day next have receive and take the Salary and
Prossitte thereunto belonging as the Said John Heming< no role > did &
alsoe the Roomes and Chamberd wherein Roger Gethins< no role > an
other Beadle of this Hospitall did dwell from and after
Midsomer day next hee the said Roger Gethins< no role > haveing
by Order of Comittee dated the 4th. Instant obtained the
Roomes Wherein the said John Hemings< no role > did dwell [..]
and after midsomer day next.
