Mr. Benjn. Groom< no role > Browers (Governors of then Hosptls) being
proposed for the Serving of the Hosptl of Bethlam with Beers in the
Roome & Stead of Mr. Depty. Aires who hath lately lost off the
Browing trade And upon the humble Petition of Mr. Thomas Hagar< no role >
Brower that he may be Admitted to the same And they being
Severally putt in Nomination for one of them to Serve the said
Hospitl. It appeared planily That the said Mr. Henry Tate< no role > is thereunto
duely Elected Whereupon It is Ordered That he doe Serve the sd
