for some part of Mr. Locks gift for the encouraging
& assisting him in his Trade It is Ordered by this
Court That Mr. Trear Barker doe give and pay unto
him Tenne pounds out of the profitts of Mr. Locks Gift
to be allowed Mr. Trear in his next Acct.

by this Court to Walter Powell< no role > the Succeeding Artsmar.
to he discharged the said Hospll. and he Pmitted to Serve
out his time with the said Fras. Overs And upon hearing
the said Walter Powell< no role > This Court doth Order the said
Petitr. to gave to the said Walter Powell< no role > till next Court, &
then to give his Answer whether he will Serve out his
time in this Hospll. or not.

Also upon the humble Peticon of Wm. Tanner< no role > Weaver
(who was brought up Apprce . with John Simpson< no role > (one
of the Artsmars . of this Hospll.) and since made a Freeman
of this Citty by the approbacon of this Court and who
has heretofore recd five pounds by the favour of this Court)
for Some further part of Mr. Locks Gift It is Ordered
by this Court That Mr. Smith Mr. Fincham and Mr.
Barnes (Three of the Governrs. of these Hosplls.) or any
two of them be desired to Inquire of the said William
Tanner

of his hopefullness therein and to make report thereof
to the next Court
